En comunicado oficial la organización Grupo Expo Moda international  representante de MISTER UNIVERSE INTERNATIONAL AND MISTER TEEN UNIVERSE INTERNATIONAL , anuncio la la 7ma edición de Mister Universe International 2023 que será del 03 al 08 de Octubre 2023 en Ciudad de Panamá, República de Panamá por segundo año consecutivo, y en 2024 será en la Ciudad de Malaga, España. El director de Mister Universe, el asesor de imagen internacional Freddy Martinez , recalco que el 2022 fue un año espectacular para la organización por la calidad de los candidatos, los reyes de lujos en ambas categorías y el rating en redes sociales que tubo el evento fue simplemente espectacular, claro en 2023 estamos trabajando desde ya para mostrarles un evento de mejor calidad, tener una producción de mejor índole internacional. El pasado domingo 04 de septiembre se llevó a cabo el casting nacional para los modelos que van hacer parte de la 2da edición del Centroamérica Fashion Weekend 2022, más de 80 jóvenes audicionaron para ser parte de esta plataforma que pretende promover la integración centroamericana a través de la moda. El casting se llevó a cabo en el casco antiguo de Panamá con un jurado invitado.
