Ruben Gaitán will be Spain at Mister Universe International 2022, he will officially be the ambassador of that country in October in Panama. Rubén Gaitán is a young man of 27 years. En comunicado oficial la organización Grupo Expo Moda international  representante de MISTER UNIVERSE INTERNATIONAL AND MISTER TEEN UNIVERSE INTERNATIONAL , anuncio la la 7ma edición de Mister Universe International 2023 que será del 03 al 08 de Octubre 2023 en Ciudad de Panamá, República de Panamá por segundo año consecutivo, y en 2024 será en la Ciudad de Malaga, España.  In 2021, for the first time in history, Puerto Rico takes the title of Mister Universe International 2021 in the city of Managua, Nicaragua. Who is Julio Rios? A: Julio César Ríos Colón, 26 years old, is currently dedicated to working at the Gersh Academy with students from 5 to 21 years old with a diagnosis of Autism.
